1 YEAR 

SERVICE AGREEMENT LIQUID COOLED GENERATORS

 

 

 

The Company agrees to provide the Customer with the following maintenance Service Events during the Contract Term:

​One (1) Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service: This Service Event includes a complete change of engine oil and filters, spark plug replacement (if applicable), comprehensive electrical system diagnostics, and a full functional test. The PM Service shall be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Company and Customer.

​One (1) Bi-Annual System Inspection: This Service Event includes a visual inspection of all components, a battery load test, a check of fluid levels, and a simulated power outage test. The Bi-Annual System Inspection shall be scheduled to occur approximately six (6) months following the PM Service.

​III. Preferred Member Benefits

​As a valued member under this Agreement, the Customer is entitled to the following preferred rates and discounts:

​Discount on Additional Services: The Customer will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on all parts and labor costs associated with any necessary repairs or additional services that are not covered under the scope of this Maintenance Agreement. This discount is valid for the duration of the Contract Term.

​After-Hours Rate Guarantee: The Company waives all standard surcharges and premium rates for Service Calls requested by the Customer outside of normal business hours (including weekends and holidays). The Customer will be billed for all after-hours and emergency Service Calls at the same standard labor rate as calls made during normal business hours

   Change oil

   Change out oil filter

   Change oil  spark plugs

   Change out air filter

   Check gas line for leaks

   Test gas pressure (Adjust ss needed)

   Check Exhaust for leaks 

   Check all eletrical connection for specified torque 

   Load test battery 

   Pressure test radiator 

   Check coolant levels

   Check coolant system leaks

  Check mag-pickup 

       (Adjust as needed)

  Compression test cylinders  (Preform valve adjustment as needed)

   Clean slip rings

   Preform Auto Function test

   Amp load test

   Clean inside/outside of 

           generator
