At Fix It Right Generator Service’s, LLC, we provide full‑spectrum maintenance and inspection services for residential and commercial standby generators. Every service is performed by a certified Generac technician to ensure reliability, safety, and long‑term performance.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT

Air‑Cooled Generator Maintenance (8–26kW)

• Full synthetic oil change • Oil filter replacement • Air filter replacement • Spark plug replacement • Fuel system inspection & pressure verification • Battery test, cleaning & terminal protection • Controller diagnostics & firmware check • Wiring & grounding inspection • Cooling fan & shroud cleaning • Exhaust & enclosure inspection • Full operational run test • Voltage & Hertz verification • Safety shutdown system test

Liquid‑Cooled Generator Maintenance (22kW–150kW+)

• Full synthetic oil change • Oil filter replacement • Air filter replacement • Spark plug replacement • Fuel system inspection & pressure verification • Battery & charging system test • Controller diagnostics & firmware check • Radiator inspection & coolant‑level check • Coolant‑flow verification (pump, hoses, clamps) • Belt inspection (tension & wear) • Exhaust & enclosure inspection • Full operational run test • Voltage & Hertz verification • Safety shutdown system test

MID‑YEAR INSPECTION (INCLUDED)

Performed six months after your full service.

• Full system visual inspection • Battery health test • Controller scan for alerts or error codes • Quick operational run test • Fuel line & wiring inspection • Cooling system check (airflow or coolant) • Transfer switch inspection • Recommendations for developing issues

AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH (ATS) INSPECTION

• Contactor & enclosure inspection • Wiring & lug inspection • Controller diagnostics • Exercise cycle verification • Transfer & retransfer test (when safe)

PERFORMANCE TESTING

• Voltage output measurement • Frequency (Hertz) measurement • Load testing when applicable • Neutral‑ground bond verification • Safety shutdown & sensor testing • Alarm & fault history review

EXCLUSIONS

This agreement does not cover: • Major repairs or component replacements • Batteries, coolant, belts, hoses, or consumables outside routine service • Damage from flooding, rodents, lightning, or improper installation • Fuel system repairs beyond basic inspection

Additional work is always quoted before proceeding.

TERM & RENEWAL

Your agreement is valid for 12 months and renews automatically at your locked‑in rate unless canceled in writing.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

All work is performed according to manufacturer specifications, the National Electrical Code (NEC), local jurisdiction requirements, and industry‑standard safety practices.
